We will tailor make a cleaning schedule based on your Company’s individual requirements, we supply you with your customised task list for duties to be performed.

We will do what needs done and more. We will clean the unexpected and talk later.

Upon acceptance, an initial Spring Clean is included in order to bring your premises up to our standards.

Requirements are then monitored and changed accordingly.

Extra services can also be supplied on request.

PERFORMANCE

On a monthly basis evaluation sheets are supplied to our clients and should be completed by various staff, this will help to provide balanced feedback. The results are then used in order to improve our service to you, and modify if necessary.

We inspect our employee’s work on a regular basis. We randomly check that all areas are being cleaned accordingly, and to our high standard. These performance reports are then used as a guideline for employee’s pay and bonuses, and also used to improve our service to current and future clients.

MEMO PAD

In order to keep the communication lines open between our clients and our staff we will leave a memo pad at an appropriate location (reception, notice board) where people can log their special requests, IE; extra rubbish located in conference room, please remove. This will be the first place we check upon arrival. Carp Diem will also use the form in order to communicate back to you.
